It has been a long day.  I spent my Sunday off doing painting, yard work and running some errands.  No rest for the wicked!  So, here is a quick update to pass on to you all.

OK folks.  Time to get the items you have in your shopping carts to check out.  The new website is looming.  I will start loading product on the new site tomorrow.  Loading the product is a large task, but I intend to spend all my down time loading the product.  That being said, I would think that the launch of the new site is fast approaching.  I would suggest that if you have items in the shopping cart now, go ahead and place the orders.  I do not want you to have to start from scratch.

That being said, I will not be loading any more new product on the existing site.  I hate to spend the time just to duplicate my efforts loading it on the new site.  The new site looks great and we will working the bugs out over the next couple of weeks.  It will be such a big improvement over the existing site.  You will be able to see so much more product at one time with less time spending turning pages.

There will be a blog section on the new site that I will continue to post on and give you insight on new arrivals, show dates and my little ramblings I like to post here.  We will also be lanching a Facebook page as well.  Troy will spending a lot more time at night keeping both the website and facebook up to date.  This has been a long time coming and I thank you for hanging on with me.  Please let me know how you all like the new site once it goes live.

Thank you for all the well wishes from you all regarding my little surgery.  I am recovered for the most part, even got out an mowed the lawn yesterday.  Still no heavy lifting, but we should be totally healed in the next week or two.

I just received the new Johnny Lightning 2.0 Series Release 1.  Wow!  They really look great.  The cars all have opening hoods, die-cast metal body and chassis, and the cars all have rubber tires.  Packaging of the cars is very attractive as well.  A nice big step up from the Forever 64 line.  I have them featured on the New Item section of the Home Page.  They are in stock and selling very well. 

New from First Gear we have the Beavertail Trailers and also Dump Trucks with Beavertail Trailer Sets.  The Beavertail Trailer is solid metal and makes good for hauling your favorite construction equipment.  It attaches easily to the First Gear 1/50 scale Dump Trucks.

Met with the Website people today and it looks like I will be able to start loading the new site with product next week!  I am really looking forward to it.  As soon as I have enough product loaded on the site and we have tested it, we will take it live.  Shooting for the end of the month, but all that depends on my productivity.  Looks like alot of late nights for me coming up.

I have some new items to report on today, as I recover from some surgery I had on Friday.  Moving around  pretty slow right now, but I will back to normal speed soon says the doc.

Anyway, I do have 3 new DCP trucks in stock now.  First we have the Altom Transport Chemical Tanker that is featured on the home page.  Great black and yellow color scheme.  Sporting the same color scheme, we also have the Warren Oil Peterbilt 389 Petroleum Tanker.  These 2 trucks make a great set.  Last we have a White/Freightliner COE for Great Northern Railway for you train buffs and retro truck lovers.  All 3 are now in stock and ready to ship.

I will be posting the June releases for the new Gemini Jets today and tomorrow as I am able.  We will see how long I can sit at the key board hacking away.

Lastly, I have seen the new Troys Toys website and it really looks great!  It will be a big improvement over the current site and will make shopping on line with us much easier.  It is still under construction right now, but look for the new site to be up and running very soon!  I know I am very excited and I hope you all like the new site once we go live with it.

Little quick update for you all regarding Code 3 Collectibles new releases.  I have added FDNY Mack CF Pumper 75 from the Valiant Service Series to the site.  It will be in stock this week.  Also new from Code 3 is the Benedict, MD Pierce Dash Pumper.  The color on this rig, as well as the light tower, will make this a much sought after piece.  In my opinion, one of the nicest pieces we have seen from Code 3 in the last couple of years.  Get them while they last!

I would like to start this update off with a special Happy Birthday with to my wife Janice.  Have a Happy Birthday Honey!

OK, now for the latest news.  I have just updated the First Gear Category.  We will be seeing many new releases this Summer.  The new Allis Chalmers HD-21 Dozers are shipping now.  At the end of June we will see the new Beavertail Trailers.  You can buy the silver trailer or buy the trailer with a Mack or Peterbilt Dump Truck.  Everyone has been asking for this type of trailer for years.  This will be a hit for sure!  Later in September we will see the Miskin Pull Scrapers.  You can hook up to three of these together.  They will go great with the new Case IH Steiger 485 and 485 HD Wheeled Tractors.

New Johnny Lightning Mid Scale Muscle Cars are on the way!  I will be posting them in the next day or two.  Also due is the Johnny Lightning Forever 64 release 6.  I will start shipping these starting on Monday the 7th.

It is getting late and it is time for Troy to get to bed and get some ZZZZssss.  Before I do, here is a quick update.

We are now Sold Out of all the TWH Kenworth Prime Movers and Drake Trailers.  That was fast!  Thank you to all of you for the orders!  I sure hope we see some more releases of the Drake Trailers later this year......!  We will have to just wait and see what TWH has up the old sleeve...........

I have posted 3 new releases in the Die-Cast Promotions Category.  Check out the Dysart Petroleum Tanker, Dry Goods Truck, and Spirit Dry Goods Truck.  All are now in stock and ready to ship.  Get the orders in as quantities are limited.

Check out the 1/18 scale category for some new releases and some great Sale items as well.  New are 4 Chevy Pickups as well as 4 Pontiac GTOs.  There are also some great deals on existing stock!  Supplies are limited and the Sale will end soon, so get the orders in while you can!

Make sure to check out all the new Gemini Jets items.  They will arrive early next week.  I really dig the Pan Am L1011 and American Boeing 727-200.  They are sure to be a big hit!  We will start shipping orders next week.

I would like to take the time now to Thank all our Military, Past and Present for all that they do and did.  You are not thanked enough for what you do.  I am proud of you all and wish you all the best.  Lets all take the time to say Thank You and keep these brave people in our thoughts.

Wow!!  Are we getting slammed with new product!  I just got done posting the new Greenlight Diorama Series 2 and Auction Block Series 12.  Both releases feature some great vehicles.  Remember there is a special low price for buying the complete set.  That coupled with our low flat rate shipping equals a nice savings for you! 

The TWH Collectibles Drake Trailers and T908 Prime Movers are now also in stock.  We have extremely limited inventory remaining.  They are now sold out from TWH and we will not be getting any more stock on these items.

Corgi has sent us the long awaited Kenworth Heavy Hauler with PCC Street Car Load.  The truck measures over 22 inches long!  It is a real beauty!  We also have several new airplanes from Corgi as well.  I will have them loaded in the next day or two.

We have new items from TWH Collectibles on the way as I type this latest update.  First, there is the Manitowoc 16000 Executive Desk Top Model.  Made to fit right on your desk and draw the OOOOHHHHs and AAAAHHHHs from your fellow work place friends.  Next we have 2 new Seagrave Tractor Drawn Aeriels.  The first is from Redwood City, CA with a white over red paint scheme.  Second, we have the very limted Seagrave Ladder 2 in the eye catching black over red paint scheme.  It is limited to just 250 units.   All three of these releases are due late May, 2010.  I have marked them in stock so that you could place your orders.  I will ship them out as soon as they arrive in the next week or two.  TWH has reduced the quantities of these models, so make sure to get the orders in before they are gone. 

On the subject of limited quantities from TWH, the Drake Trailers are also due any day now.  I have a very few left for pre-order.  I am already sold out of some of the color schemes.  If you are wanting to place an order for these awesome trucks, please contact me ASAP as I will be completely sold out in the coming days.  There are no more available from TWH Collectibles.

I just finished loading the 4 new releases in the Corgi Haulers of Renown Truck Series.  You can find them under the Corgi Trucks Category.  These are very nicely made trucks that are based on UK Trucking Companies.  Very heavy models!  Not many of these find the way to the USA so make sure you get them while they last.

TWH Collectibles has announced 3 new pieces of fire apparatus.  They are due in November, 2010.  I have loaded the information and pictures under the TWH Collectibles Category.  The Pierce Velocity PUC for Miami Dade and Dallas Fort Worth are sure to be a big hit with very unique color schemes.  The Pierce Velocity HAL for Frisco is the first Pierce Ladder Truck from TWH.  All three trucks are very limited.  Make sure to call your pre-orders in to reserve yours.

Way too long without an update for you all.  Sorry about that.  Been a little crazy with all that is going on.  New product has been arriving and I have been adding it to the site as time has permitted.

Lots of new M2 Machines have arrived.  They have now been added to the site and ready for orders.  I really like the Auto Dreams release with the flames on them.  Hot looking cars!  Also new are releases in the Detroit Muscle,  Autothentics and Drivers Series. 

Greenlight has released County Roads Series 4.  They are due next week.  I have marked them in stock on the site so you can place your orders.  I will ship them out as soon as they arrive.  The Diorama Series 2 are due in mid May.  I will once again run a special price for ordering the 4 sets together.  We should also see Auction Block Release 12 at the same time.

Johnny Lightning has been a little slow getting the product out, but I am told we should see Forever 64 release 6 by mid May.  I am also looking forward to the new 2.0 Line from Johnny Lightning.  The first release is scheduled for June.  Cars in this line will be back to the metal chassis.

We have received a couple of new Code 3 items.  Now in stock are FDNY Engine 92 Mack CF Pumper, featured on the Home Page, as well as the long awaited St Patricks Day FDNY Engine 201 Seagrave Pumper.  Remember Engine 201 is from the same firehouse as Ladder 114, so if you do not have Ladder 114 get those orders in soon as I am almost sold out of that item.

TWH Collectibles have revised release date and quantities on the fire line.  The Redwood City Seagrave Tiller is now scheduled for a May/June arrival and is limited to just 500 pieces.  San Antonio is pushed back to a August release.  We are expecting the Kenworth T908 and Drake Trailers any day now.  These are very limited and are near sell out stage, so get the orders in.

I have some very exciting news to bring to you today.  There will soon be a brand new Troys Toys website.  We are in the process of designing this site now.  It will be a great new site and I am very excited about the new upgrades that will allow me to bring you great product in a even better format than we have now.

Having said that, I have a huge project in loading all this product on the new site.  To help in trimming down the amount of product I have to load, I thought it would be a great time to reduce some prices and have a sale.

Lots of cold and snow all across the USA.  What a perfect time to stay inside and update the website.  Also a great time for you all to surf the site and place your orders for some great new product.  Speaking of new product here is a little update for you.

New from Corgi we have the Pirsch Sedan Pumper from Sarasota, FL.  This is the 2nd new fire engine from Corgi this year.  It looks like Corgi is back on track.  Also from Corgi we have 6 new Airplanes including a new Stuka, Sabre, Lysander, Spitfire, Tornado and the striking Fokker D.VII.

Code 3 Collectibles has released the Chino Valley, CA American LaFrance Eagle Pumper.  This is a beautiful color.  Really stands out!  Also from Code 3 we have the Mack Aerialscope Ladder Kitbash Special.  This truck is perfect to customize.  Watch for a couple new Crash Trucks coming out.  I will post more information soon.

New arrivals from Greenlight Collectibles include Muscle Car Garage Series 12, Auction Block Series 11 and the Dodge Charger blank police car.  The Charger is perfect for adding your own graphics.  While I am on the subject of Greenlight, make sure to get the new dioramas while they last.  They are selling very well and are sold out from Greenlight.  What we have in stock is it.  Get those orders in!

I will be posting the new Gemini Jets in the next couple of days.  They are expected to be here within a week or so.  Also watch for a new update on M2 Machines.  We have a large shipment on the way with plenty of new cars.

I have just received word from Corgi that new product is on the way.  The long awaited Heavy Hauler International Transtar and Kenworth W925 with Lowboy Trailer has been released.  I have featured this item on the website.  We will also see the Dornier Do17Z German Airplane in this shipment.  These items will sell well so get your orders in early.

Greenlight has shipped the new Diorama Series 1.  These dioramas have been creating a big stir.  The reviews have been great on all four of the dioramas.  They are priced well at $9.99 each, but for a limted time, I have featured all four as a set at a special price of $35.99.  Remember that this is a limited time only, so get those orders in to get the special.

The Gemini 1/200 scale American Airlines 777 is selling extremely well.  This item is a near sell out.  Stock is low and I expect that it will be sold out very soon.  The same is true for the American Eagle ERJ-145.  Also, remember to check out the UPS 747.  This plane is just huge!  Shipping is a low $7.95, so remember to take advantage of our low shipping rate!

Happy New Year to you all!  I want to take a second and just say THANK YOU to all of you for your business.  THANK YOU for making Troys Toys your place for die-cast models.  It was a great 2009 and I intend to make 2010 even better.  There are a few things I have up my sleeves for the new year.  Keep checking here for some pretty big news.

Now for some new arrival news.  I have just posted the December release for Gemini Jets.  There was a 2 week delay with these release as they were held up at the docks.  I am happy to say they are on the way and will arrive here on January 15th.  There are some really great releases in this batch.  Check out the UPS Boeing 747.  This plane is huge! 

First Gear has released the Peterbilt 367 Dump Trucks and Lowboys.  There are 3 different colors to pick from.  They really did a great job and make a great truck for the price range.  There is also a new Mack Granite Lowboy for JA Trucking with a excavator bucket load.  Great color scheme and really nice looking with the bucket load on the trailer.

New from Greenlight we have the Black Bandit Release 5 now in stock.  We will also see the new Dioramas by the end of January.  I will be listing the dioramas on the site in the next couple of days.  They are sure to be a big hit.

Johnny Lighting has released the 40th Anniversary Release 8.  This makes the last release for 2009.  The 2010 releases have now started to arrive.  The line will be called Forever 64.  Same type of packaging and price point.  So far we have received Releases 1 and 2.  Watch for them to be listed here on the site in the next couple of days.

New releases from Corgi continue to come in.  We just received the new TSR-2 airplanes.  Also new from Corgi watch for the long awaited Heavy Haulers and Fire Apparatus.  These have been a long time coming.

Quick product arrival update for you.  The Highway 61 1969 Ford BOSS 302 Mustangs are here!  They look great and are moving fast.  Make sure to also check out the 1967 Coronets.  Some really good colors in this release.  You can find these and much more Highway 61 in the 1/18 scale Category.

Greenlight has shipped the Hot Pursuit Series 2.  I should see these by December 11, 2009.  I have marked them in stock, so you can place your orders now!

Make sure to check out the Hobby Master Airplanes.  I have spent my day updating that category with some new releases.

The time is here to get your Christmas orders in.  Remember to get those orders in so I can get them out to you in time for the Holidays. 

Now with that being said, time to bring you up to date on some new releases.  I just received all the new November releases from Gemini Jets.  They are not on the site yet, but I will be working on listing them over the next couple of days.  Please call me if there is one or some that you would like to order in the meantime. 

There are 2 new Code 3 models on the way.  I should have them in my hands any day now.  Make sure to check out FDNY Engine 75, the stable mate to Ladder 33.  This makes a great set for fire apparatus collectors.  We will also see FDNY Ladder 114.  It is this years Christmas model.  For a limited time, there is a special price on Ladder 114.  Make sure to take advantage while you can. 

Finally!!!  We have a new Fire item from Corgi!!  The Pirsch Open Cab Pumper for Waukesha, Wisconsin is here and it is a real beauty!  It comes in the traditional Corgi 2 part box.  No more plastic dome.  I am very impressed with the model.  As many of you now know, I collect fire apparatus models and I really feel like Corgi hit a home run with this model.  These will go fast, so make sure and get the orders in.

New CAT models from Norscot have arrived.  This makes 5 new releases, with the 6th one coming very soon.  Check out the Construction Category to see all the new releases.  I really like the 613G Scraper and the 993K Wheel Loader.

I just received word that Die-Cast Promotions has shipped the 1/16 scale Tow Trucks and Flatbeds.  I have marked them in stock now.  They will be here December 2.  Also from Highway 61 we will have 5 different Coronets.  You can check them out in the 1/18 scale Category.

For those of you wanting to order the Greenlight Hot Pursuit Series 2, I will be marking them in stock very soon.  They tell me we should have them by the middle of December.  I will mark them in stock about one week prior.  If you would like to pre-order them, please feel free to call me here at the store.

I am back from Dyersville, Iowa.  It was great to meet you all that were there!  Thank you so much for introducing yourself to me.  It is great to put a face with the names I see come thru on orders.  I had a great time talking with you all.

Some new arrivals while I was gone.  I have featured a couple of them on the home page.  New from Code 3 Collectibles we have the FDNY Tower Ladder 33.  These Aerialscopes always sell out fast.  On top of that, this is the best looking one to date.  Code 3 has made a few changes on this model to make it better.  This is a must have for you fire collectors!  Make sure to get your orders in early.

New from TWH Collectibles we have the Grove GMK4100L and the Grove GMK5095 cranes in yellow.  As many of you had the chance to see at the show in Iowa, these TWH cranes are really impressive.  They are really fine models and display so well.  If you are a construction collector, you will not be disappointed with these models.

We have several new buses from Corgi on the way.  It has been a while since we have seen new vehicles from Corgi.  I have also been told that there is a new fire piece on the water now.  We will see how soon it will show up.  As soon as I have a more concrete date, I will make it in stock.

Watch for Greenlight Hot Pursuit Series 2.  It will be here soon.  Get those orders in now.  This series has been a huge success!

I have some new arrival news for you today.  Greenlight Up In Flames Series 2 and Auction Block Series 10 have arrived.  Really nice looking cars in these 2 releases.  I feel that this is the best release of Auction Block cars we have seen to date!  If you are a fan of flame paint jobs on cars, the Up In Flames Series 2 is a must.  Great looking paint jobs on this release.

There are two new releases from Norscot to tell you about.  We received the D7E Track Type Dozer and the 140M Motor Grader.  These are the first of six releases we will see before the end of the year.  Both are selling great, so make sure to get those orders in.

New from DCP we have the two Sante Fe Releases.  Both trucks sport the Sante Fe markings.  These are both very nice trucks that will go great with truck and train collectors alike.  Watch for a few more new DCP trucks that I will be posting later this week.

Coming very soon............................Code 3 Collectibles FDNY Tower Ladder 33.  This will be a quick sell out.  Make sure you get your orders in.  I have marked it in stock so you can order.  First come, first serve on this release.

Time for a little update.  We are finally seeing some new items from Code 3 Collectibles.  I really like the new Mack CF Pumper for Progress, PA.  It is featured on the home page under new item.  Also new is the Old Glory Flag Set and the Firehouse Expo Mack CF Pumper.  The flags are a perfect addition to 1/64 scale vehicles.  The Firehouse Expo Mack CF Pumper is a welcome return to the Firehouse Expo series from Code 3.  This model features a Black over Red paint scheme.

New from TWH, we have several different Grove RT540E Rough-Terrain Cranes.  Make sure to check out the Bigge, Walter Payton, and Walsh Construction Models.  These are really nice models.  Crane and Construction collectors will love these cranes.  I have also posted a dozen new Grove Cranes coming in early November, 2009.  They are in pre-order status now, but I think I will go ahead and mark them in stock to start taking orders.  These cranes are very limited.  Most only 150 pieces.  Make sure to get your orders in.  Make sure to check out the new Kenworth Prime Movers and Drake Trailers coming early in 2010.

Greenlight Up In Flames Series 2 is on the way.  We should see this release next week.  Hot Pursuit Series 2 should follow in early November. 

Folks, I have been really doing a lot of new updates on the site.  The 1/18 scale, 1/16 scale truck, Construction, TWH Collectibles, Code 3 Collectibles, M2 Machines, and DCP Trucks Categories have all been updated with new releases.  Look for updates to First Gear, Corgi Airplanes, Hobby Master and Johnny Lightning coming very soon.   

Lastly, make sure to watch for more sale items.  The sale on Dragon Warbirds and Dragon Armor has gone very well.  We are starting to run out of a lot of the releases.  Get them while you can.  These deals are too good to pass up!

Lots going on behind the scenes here.  Just spending some much needed time updating the site.  Tonight I updated the M2 Machines.  Auto Drags Release 2, Detroit Muscle Release 8 and  Drivers Release 2 and 3 are now posted on the site and ready for orders.  Sorry I am a little behind with them.

I have also been updating the 1/18 scale cars.  New Highway 61 have arrived.  Make sure to check out the awesome new Dodge Challenger Super Stock Concept Drag Cars.   There are also 2 new 1965 Plymouth Hemi Super Stock Cars.  They are limited to 600 cars and packaged in a special gift box.  Watch for the 69 Ford Boss 302 Mustangs coming very soon!

First Gear has released the first release in the First Casting Series.  Wow!  Try saying that 3 times fast!  I have them featured on the home page.  The Allis Chalmers HD 21 Crawler with Blade and the Allis Chalmers with Ejector Scraper make for a great looking set.  Having said that, I have a special set price if you buy the pair.  This set is sure to be a huge hit.  Make sure you get your orders in now.

New Norscot CAT releases are right around the corner.  We will see 6 new releases over the next couple of months.  The first two will be here by the end of October.  I will be marking them in stock very soon so you can get your orders in.  Call now if you want to pre-order them to make sure you have them for Christmas.  Thats right.................I said it.  Christmas is not that far away!  Time to get those orders in to make sure you get the items you want.

I am happy to say our first exclusive Greenlight Hot Pursuit Johnson County Sheriff Patrol Car is now SOLD OUT.  Thank you to everyone who made this first release such a big hit!  I will be posting a few very rare Green Machine version of the car very soon.  There are not many to be had and it will be a first come, first serve basis.  Watch the Greenlight Category for more information.

Check out the new release from Die-Cast Promotions I have featured on the Home Page.  It is the first release of the Cascadia Cab with a BP Fuel Tanker Trailer.  This is a very striking piece.  They are now in stock and ready to ship.

We have a couple of new releases from Johnny Lightning.  Make sure to visit the Johnny Lightning Category to see the Mid Scale Muscle Cars Release 37 and 38.  There are four new cars in all, including a 1967 Shelby, 1968 GTO, 1969 Nova and a 1969 Chevelle.  These are all great looking cars and are sure to sell very well.

The M2 Machines Category has been updated with some new releases.  The Auto Drag Series are so cool!  We have Release 1 now in stock and Release 2 is coming very soon.

I have to be brief with this update because it is hard to type with poison ivy on your right hand.  Lucky me decided to pull weeds on Labor Day and now I have a real nice case of poison ivy. 

OK......my Johnson County Sheriff Car is almost all gone!!  Less than 30 remain.  Get your order in now before you miss this great looking car.  Thanks to everyone for making this first release from Troys Toys a huge hit!!  I look forward to the next release.

Speaking of Greenlight, I have totally updated the Greenlight Category.  There are many new release here and coming very soon.  Make sure to check out Black Bandit Series 4 and the new Cruise In Mustang Edition Series 1.  They are both in stock now and we are taking orders.

As my hand starts to clear up, I will be updating M2 Machines.  I have so many to add.  Check back soon to see all the new releases.  The Auto Drag Release 1 is a must have!!

Get them before they are gone!!  The Troys Toys and Collectibles Exclusive Johnson County Sheriff Patrol Car is almost sold out.  Fewer than 72 remain.  We have not even had the car for a week yet.  Thanks so much to everyone who ordered one!

Wow!  Where has the Summer gone??  It has gone by so fast.  I will be out on the road a bit this month.  Check out the Events Page for my show schedule and come see me.  Make sure you introduce yourself so I can put a face with the names I see come thru on the orders.  It is always nice to meet you all!

New product is here or on the way.  Greenlight Collectibles has shipped out Muscle Car Garage Series 11.  Should be here on Monday.  Next week they will be shipping Barrett Jackson Auction Block Series 9.  I will also be posting the Up In Flames Series 2 and Black Bandits Series 4.  Look for those late August along with the Hot Pursuit Johnson County Sheriff Car.

New M2 Machines have arrived.  I am in the process of posting them.  There are 3 new Auto Lift Sets and Detroit Muscle as well.  More M2 will be arriving very soon.

I have also just posted all the new releases from Gemini Jets.  They will be here next week.  Make sure you check out the TWA DC-9 in 200 scale and the UPS DC-8 in 400 scale.  Get your orders in and we will start shipping next week.

TWH Collectibles just shipped me the finished product of the 1st Seagrave Tractor Drawn Aerial for New London, CT.  Let me tell, this is a must for fire collectors as well as truck collectors.  The detail is amazing!  I am marking this item in stock now so you can place your orders on line.  The rest of the shipment should be here in the next 10 days or so.

Watch for new Airplane releases from Corgi and Hobby Master.  The Hobby Master have arrived and Corgi should be here Friday.  I will be posting the new releases tomorrow.

We received the Greenlight Hot Pursuit Series 1 Police Cars earlier this week.  I have to say, they really turned out nice.  They are a really hot item as well.  Thank you for all of your orders!  For those who have not gotten your orders in, please do not wait too long.  Stock on this item is moving extremely well. 

There are new Construction arrivals to tell you about.  New from Norscot, we have the Cat 784C Tow Haul.  This is a huge model.  Well worth the wait.  Perfect for transporting your heavy mining equipment.

Also new from First Gear, we have the 1/34 scale Peterbilt Dump Trucks.  It comes in blue with a silver dump.  This is the first release of this mold from First Gear.  We will start shipping them out this next week.

Watch for the first TWH Collectibles Seagrave Tractor Drawn Aerial release, New London, CT in MId August.  It is simply a beautiful model.  The detail is amazing.  It will be close, but I hope to have it on display at the 2009 Toy Truck and Construction Show in Indianapolis.

Hope you all had a safe July 4th Holiday.  July has gotten off with a real bang!  Sorry for that  I could not resist!  Anyway, we have received new Johnny Lightning.  All cars have been posted and are in stock and ready to ship.  New Johnny Lightning 40th Anniversary Release 4 and Lightning Rods Release 3 make up this months new releases.  I really do like the 40th Anniversary Series.  The cars are well done and come at a great price.  Do make sure to check out the Lightning Rods Release 3.  These are the best of the series so far.  I really like the 1969 Dodge Daytona Zinger!

I know I keep saying it, but I promise to finally release the information about our exclusive car from Greenlight in the next few days.  Police car fans will be very happy!  That should tide you over for now.  Watch the events page, as I will be posting our upcoming show dates soon.

Summer is here and so is a lot of new stock.  Much to report so here we go.

New from Greenlight, we now have in stock Muscle Car Garage Release 10, Barrett Jackson Release 8 and Factory 2 Packs Release 3.  There are several new castings within these releases.  Make sure to check out the Chevy C 10 Pickup, GTO Judge and the AMC AMX.  It looks like we will see the Hot Pursuit Release 1 in Mid July.  We are taking pre orders on that item.

New TWH Collectibles have arrived!  The Seminole County Pierce Quantum Pumpers and Kern County Fire Department Mechanic Trucks are available for order.  We will start shipping them next week.  The first Seagrave Tractor Drawn Aerial for New London, CT will be here in about 3 weeks.  This is still a pre order item.  Give me a call to reserve yours now.

New Hobby Master releases are due early next week.  I will be marking them in stock today, so you can place your orders now.  Some of these releases are very limited and sold out from Hobby Master.  So make sure to order early.

We have also been getting a steady flow of William Britain in as well.  I have neglected to add them on the site.  Sorry about that.  Keep checking back as I will add them this next week.

The Johnny Lightning 40th Anniversary Cars continue to be a big hit.  We have all of the first 3 releases in stock and ready to ship.  The fourth release should be here in early July.  These cars are a real value at the price.  Very nicely done with a good selection of cars. 

I will be posting our first Troys Toys Exclusive release next week.  It is limited to just 480 pieces.  I just received the proto type and it is a beauty!  This will be a pre order item, so call with your pre orders before we sell out.

We just received a big shipment from Die-Cast Promotions.  Lots of new trucks!  Make sure to check out the new container loads.  There are 3 different colors of Volvo 670 Cabs with double container loads on tri-axle trailers.  We also have 3 different colors of 379 Peterbilt Cabs with double container loads on split-axle trailers.  These are sure to be a big hit!

Also new from DCP are two new Peterbilt 379 Flattop Cabs with Grain Trailers and two Peterbilt 379 Mid Roof Cabs with Livestock Trailers.  It has been a while since we have had any Livestock Trailers, so make sure you get your orders in before they are gone.

Last but not least, we have the new Hemi Under Glass in stock from Highway 61.  Our supply is very limited on this item.  Pre-orders have been strong.  If you do not have yours ordered yet, make sure to get it in to make sure you do not miss out on this wonderful car!

It has been a while since my last update.  Behind the scenes, I have been busy re-setting the store.  For those of you who have been in the store, you see that this was, and still is a major project.  Enough of the excuses.  Here is a little update for you all.

I have updated the Greenlight Category.  All the releases thru June 2009 are now posted and we are taking pre-orders.  Hot Pursuit is a new Police Car Series that is sure to be a big hit!  Please make sure to call and make you pre-orders on this set.  They will go fast. 

New Johnny Lightning has been added.  Make sure to check out the 40th Anniversary Releases.  They are a real steal at the price point.  Sharp packaging and a very nice line up as well.  We have also just received Muscle Cars Release 20.  Nice 4 car set featuring a 87 Monte Carlo, 92 Typhoon, 72 Torino and Buick GS Project in Progress.

TWH Collectibles has released the Honolulu Pierce Quantum Pumpers as well as the Vermeer Tub Grinders.  These models are just wonderful!  I really love the detail they put into the vehicles.  They are a must have.   Make sure to check out the TWH Category for some upcoming releases.  The Seagrave Tractor Drawn Aerials will be a big hit!

Lots of new TWH Collectibles have arrived!  The Oshkosh Strikers for Washington DC, Oman, and Portugal are now in stock and ready to ship.  There are 4 different Strikers for Portugal.  Make sure to check out the other Strikers including Indianapolis, Toronto and Las Vegas.

New Pierce Quantum Pumpers are now in stock for the County of Henrico.  There are 4 different engine numbers.  They are a great follow up to the first Kern County release.  TWH Collectibles are a very highly detailed model and are sure to please collectors.  We will be adding many more TWH items so keep checking back.

Sorry for the delay in getting another update on here.  I have been on the road doing the toy shows, so time has been tight.  Here is a quick update.

New Hobby Master Tanks and Airplanes have arrived and are updated on the site.  The M20 and M8 Light Armored Vehicles are a must have.  They did a great job with the detail on these models.  Both Bristol Beaufighters are now in stock as well.  They will make a great addition to your collection.  Make sure to check out both the Hobby Master Tank and Hobby Master Airplanes Categories for all the new arrivals!

New Corgi Airplanes have arrived as well.  Make sure to check out the new Ju 52 and Me 262 Night Fighter.  You will find all the new arrivals under the Corgi Airplanes Category.

New M2 Detroit Muscle Cars have arrived.  I will be adding these over the next couple of days.  Make sure to check out the 2009 New York Toy Fair Exclusive.  They are limited to just 720 units.  Get yours before they are sold out.  We have very limited stock on that item.

I did not expect them this early, but the Norscot CAT 336D L Hydraulic Excavators are now in stock.  They were not supposed to be here until April.  Nice to get a early arrival for once.  Make sure to get your orders in now. 

Greenlight has released the Muscle Car Garage Street and Strip Series 9.  I added them to the site today and they are in stock and ready to ship.  Also added today are the Greenlight 1/18 Muscle Cars including the 1970 Dodge Challengers and the 1967 Ford Mustang Coupes.  These are a great value at the price with the detail provided on the models.  They are also limited to just 1,500 Units.  Get them before they are sold out.

New Corgi Fire Trucks have been added back to the site.  I had taken them off until Corgi released the new 2009 catalog.  Prices are going to be posted very soon as I am still waiting on the price list from Corgi.  Pre-Orders are now being taken.  I should know more on pricing after the Toy Fair is over.  Stay tuned.

Working on the web site tonight, as I do most nights.  Seems like there is always more to do.  I have been a little late adding a few items due to being on the road doing the toy shows.  So, here is a little update on some new arrivals for you to look at and place orders for.

Die-Cast Promotions has been busy sending us new Trucks including the 1/16 scale Snow Plows.  These are real nice trucks.  Nice solid box that it comes in.  Kind of gives it a retro look.  I have also added several new 1/64 scale Semi Trucks.  Take a look at the new Kenworth W900 with Boom Arm Trailers.  There are 8 different colors to pick from.  They all look great!  While you are looking at Semi Trucks, make sure to check out the new Freightliners.  Everyone has been waiting a long time for these to arrive.  Get yours now as they are very limited. 

Hobby Master has released the new MIG-15.  Two different color schemes to pick from so far.  Also new from Hobby Master is the P-39Q for Bud Anderson, Old Crow.  This is sure to be a quick sell out!  I have updated both the Hobby Master Airplanes and Hobby Master Tanks Categories.  Take a look at all the new arrivals.  Watch for the new Greyhounds to arrive soon.

I will be updating the TWH Category in the next couple of days.  Watch for 3 new Oshkosh Strikers.  They will arrive in about one month.  I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the TWH line.  If you have not added any of the line to your collection yet, you are missing out. 

The Johnny Lightning Racing Legends Release 3 will be arriving mid to late February.  I will be adding this item to start taking pre-orders.  More Johnny Lightning news will be coming very soon!

Happy New Year to all of you!  We have started the year off with bang!  Lots of new arrivals.  The new M2 Machines Muscle Cars Release 1 have arrived.  Two colors of each car consisting of a 1970 Super Bee, 1970 Chevelle SS and a 1969 Road Runner.  These are very sharp and have great detail with opening hood and doors.  Greenlight Collectibles has release the Speed Channel Series 3 and Auction Block Series 7.  You can see these releases under the Greenlight Collectibles Category.  New Johnny Lightning releases are being posted now for pre-order only.  Make sure you call in your pre-orders now!  No pictures as yet.  We will see the first release show up in late February.  Keep checking back for updates.

Real quick update for you.  The TWH Oshkosh Strikers are back in stock.  There are 4 different models to look at under the TWH Category.  We also still have stock of the Kern County Pierce Quantum Fire Engines.  Watch for more releases from TWH after the New Year!

First Gear sent us the 1/25 scale International S Series Dump Trucks.  These are very sharp and pretty large.  A real heavy model!  We have 4 different colors to pick from.  We also have 2 new Mack Granite Lowboy Trucks in Black and Yellow.  Perfect to haul your favorite 1/50 scale construction equipment.

Watch for new Norscot releases coming very soon!  The new D11T Track Type Tractor, 906H Wheel Loader and 323D L Hydraulic Excavators are due any day now.  Looks like the Cat 797F Mining Truck will be here in January of 2009 and the new Pipelayer will be here in February.  I will keep you posted.

Wow!!  Is the time really flying by right now.  I have been very busy here behind the scenes at night.  That is pretty much the only time I can get things done here on the site.  Store keeps me busy during the day time.  Anyway, lots of new stock coming in each week. 

Tonight I posted all the new Gemini releases for November.  They are now in stock and ready to ship.  I really enjoy the new 1/200 scale from Gemini.  Very nice size to the model.  Great for the collector with a little more room for display.

Also make sure to check out the Greenlight Collectibles category.  There are great new releases including Up In Flames, Muscle Car Garage Hobby Release 2, Black Bandits Release 2 and the very popular County Roads Release 1.  Get them while they are hot.  These are all extremely nice releases and selling well.

Corgi is Back!  We have been getting new product.  Make sure to check out the new Corgi Showcase items.  There are 11 new releases that have been posted.  It has been a long time since we have seen any new Showcase items.  These are packaged well and they picked some good aircraft including a couple new Vulcans.  These are great for the kids and adults alike!

New TWH models have arrived.  You simply will not believe the detail on the new Pierce Quantum Pumpers for Kern County.  There are five different pumpers for Kern County with different engine numbers.  The white and blue paint scheme is very sharp, making these stand out!  Only 300 pieces will be produced, so make sure to get your orders in quickly.  Watch for more TWH models to be posted very soon.

New Caterpillar items from Norscot have been added to the Construction Category.  I have also posted the Caterpillar 772 Off Highway Haul Truck on the Home Page Featured Items.  It is due in early November, 2008.  Make sure you call to pre-order this item before the Christmas rush!  Everyone is excited about the Caterpillar 797F Mining Truck.  It will be here in December, 2008.  This item is huge!  It is heavy at 20 pounds.  Even at that weight, I will keep the shipping cost at only $7.95.  There is also a new 1/64 scale Caterpillar 988H Wheel Loader.  Very nice item to match the 1/64 scale trucks from DCP, First Gear and Code 3 Collectibles.

I have updated the Die-Cast Promotions Trucks Category.  Check out the new Peterbilt 389 Day Cab with Flatbed Trailer.  These are very popular and selling well.  Make sure you order early to get the colors you want.  Keep checking this category out, as we get new releases often.

It has been a couple of months since my last update here.  Lots to report, so here we go.  After many delays with product, we are now seeing loads of new product weekly.  New arrivals from First Gear, William Britain, DCP, Highway 61, Corgi, Hobby Master, Norscot, Johnny Lightning, Greenlight and Gemini Jets.  Looks like we will see new arrivals from Code 3 Collectibles next week as well.

With all the new inventory coming in, I have been updating the web site as quickly as possible.  Most of the new releases have been added to the site.  There are still many to go.  Keep checking back often for more new releases.  I will be adding more daily.   I have also been adding some older, harder to find, Code 3 items.  Still more to come on that front as well.

I have been adding new products over the last few days.  New Gemini Jets releases for the months of July and August have been added to the Gemini Jets Category.   There are so many great releases for those months, but I have to say my favorites are the 1/200 scale Eastern 757 and the 1/400 scale Braniff 727.

Code 3 Collectibles has announced two new Oshkosh Airport Crash Trucks for the US Navy.  These are very sharp!  It has been a long time since we have seen a crash truck release from Code 3, so these are sure to be a quick sell out.  On top of that they are limited to 1,000 pieces of each.  Make sure you get these pre-ordered before they are gone.

Mid Summer and it is really starting to get warm in the Midwest.  Had a pretty wet Spring and early Summer.  Now that is starting to change as it is getting dry.  Shows have been few and far between in June and July.  Look out in August!  We are very busy with shows and will be on the road!  Watch the Events Page for the show locations.  I will post them in the next couple of days. 

New product is showing after a little dry spell.  I will give you an overview of the new items that have come in.  Highway 61 has delivered 4 Dodge Challengers and 3 Cudas.  One of the Cudas is featured to the right.  Happens to be my favorite of the releases.  Die-Cast Promotions has also sent us the new Volvo VT800 Semi Trucks.  There are 2 End Dumps and 3 Flat Bed Trailers.  Check them out in the DCP Trucks Category.  I also just posted 2 new International Lonestars with Livestock Trailers.  The new Lonestar cab is awesome looking!  Today I received the new Komatsu PC300L-8 Excavator and D51 PX Dozer from First Gear.  Very nice construction items and they go well with the new First Gear Mack Granite Dump Trucks.  Make sure you check them out under the First Gear Category.

Tonight I added the new August releases from Gemini Jets.  They are not in stock yet, so you will have to call to pre-order those items.  As soo
